Our Wines

LIMITED Editions

Exceptional and distinctive small batch wines made using estate grown fruit from across our vineyards in Margaret River, Pemberton and the Great Southern.

Cherubino wine range

Cherubino

Our signature wines from our best performing parcels of vineyards across Margaret River, Pemberton and the Great Southern.

Cherubino Ovale wine range

Cherubino OVALE

Produced in small volumes the Ovale range leans on classic varietals that are perfectly suited to the regions in which they are grown across Margaret River, Pemberton and the Great Southern.

Uovo

Blending ancient technique with modern winemaking sensibilities. Within cement eggs, lees are continuously forced upward by an internal current, imparting voluptuousness, purity and texture.

Laissez Faire range

Laissez Faire

The name Laissez Faire reflects a hands-off approach in making these wines. Using alternate varieties, they have no added tannin, acid, or animal fining products, making them vegan friendly.

The Yard range

The Yard

Within our Channybearup, Bimbimbi, Riversdale, Justin, and Acacia vineyards there is The Yard; where we break ground in single vineyard wines. The wines made here offer a look into the future of the Cherubino tier range.

Pedestal

Aromatic and vibrant, not heavily oaked, the concept of Pedestal is about raising the fruit expression above any winemaking construct; expressing the sub-regionality within the Margaret River region.

Ad Hoc

Ad Hoc is a collection of varietal wines for any occasion, each sourced from its best-suited region in Western Australia - Margaret River, Pemberton and the Great Southern.

Apostrophe range

Apostrophe

Our new varietal field trials, the Apostrophe range offers wines that are stylistic blends from our Great Southern vineyards, made to drink now and perfectly matched with food.

Folklore

Made with fruit drawn from our own vineyards spread across the south west of Western Australia. Wines of outstanding value, they put fruit character and expression first.
