2017 Rocca del Principe Fiano d'Avellino "Tognano"
Straw yellow with ocher reflection. Deep and typical aromas of citrus fruits, white pulp fruit, mint and flint, with details of toasted hazelnuts. The palate is fresh and citrusy, with a rich texture and smoky hints, a great savory and persistent trail.
The Fiano di Avellino "Tognano" by Rocca del Principe is an enveloping and vibrant white wine from Campania from a particularly suited vineyard located in Lapio, aged for 12 months in stainless steel and another 12 in bottle. It presents itself with a luminous straw-colored garment, furrowed with ocher reflections, and expresses a deep and variegated bouquet with aromas of citrus fruits, white pulp fruit, mint and flint, enriched by sensations of toasted hazelnuts.
