CHERUBINO 20 YEAR ANNIVERSARY Wine Dinner

In celebration of our 20 Year Anniversary in 2025, you are invited to Cherubino City Cellar for a very special wine dinner with Larry Cherubino.
Join us in the private dining room on Thursday 10 April from 6:30pm to discover the evolution of Cherubino Wines, exploring the depth, character, and ageing potential of some of our most celebrated varietals.
Revisit limited and rare back vintages of Dijon Chardonnay, Pemberton Black Label Chardonnay and Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon alongside more recent releases in a night not to be missed.
Wines include:
· Dijon Chardonnay 2018 & Dijon Chardonnay 2023 – A side-by-side look at how this elegant Chardonnay develops over time.
· Pemberton Black Label Chardonnay 2016 & Pemberton Black Label Chardonnay 2023 – A showcase of the terroir-driven expression from our Pemberton vineyard.
· Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 & Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 – Exploring the evolution of one of WA’s most iconic varietals.
Each wine will be paired with an expertly crafted four-course menu by Chef Giacomo, designed to highlight the nuances and complexity of every pour.

Remoissenet Wine Dinner
Step into the heart of Burgundy with an evening celebrating the timeless wines of Remoissenet Père et Fils. With over a century of winemaking history, this prestigious producer captures the essence of one of the world’s most revered wine regions.
Guided by Sommelier Simone Ratti, this dinner will explore classic Burgundian expressions, beginning with two elegant whites before shifting focus to Pinot Noir, showcasing the remarkable diversity of this legendary varietal across different appellations.
The wine selection includes Chablis 2022 and Bourgogne Blanc 2022, highlighting the purity and finesse of Remoissenet’s white wines; Bourgogne Rouge 2022, a classic introduction to Remoissenet’s reds; and Savigny-Lès-Beaune 2022, Vosne-Romanée 2021, and Gevrey-Chambertin 2022, offering a journey through some of Burgundy’s most sought-after terroirs.
Each wine will be paired with a four-course seasonal menu by Chef Giacomo, designed to bring out the elegance and complexity of these exceptional wines.
