CHARLES HEIDSIECK WINE DINNER

Thursday 25 September 2025 | $495pp

City Cellar invites you to an exclusive evening celebrating the elegance and legacy of Charles Heidsieck—one of Champagne’s most distinguished houses. Founded in 1851, the maison is renowned for its richness of style, precision in blending, and remarkably long ageing in ancient chalk cellars, which lends each cuvée an unmistakable depth and finesse.

This intimate dinner will feature six champagnes from the Charles Heidsieck range, each matched to a six-course seasonal menu crafted by guest chef Ben Jacob—head of the kitchen at our Margaret River restaurant, Masseria.

The tasting will be led by Amanda Aguilera, Brand Manager of Charles Heidsieck, who will guide guests through the wines and share insights into the philosophy and stories behind each cuvée.

PRODUCER WINE DINNER SERIES: SINGLEFILE

Join us for the next edition of our Producer Dinner Series—a relaxed evening of food, wine, and conversation. 

This time, we welcome Singlefile Wines, one of the Great Southern’s most respected producers, known for crafting cool-climate wines with precision, elegance, and a deep sense of place. Based in Denmark and led by the Snowden and Corbett families, Singlefile is a regional standout—combining thoughtful viticulture with minimal intervention in the winery. 

We’ll be joined by Patrick and Pam Corbett, who will guide a tasting of six wines from across the Great Southern. Join us for a casual dinner format: antipasto, cheese platter, and pasta all prepared in-house by the City Cellar kitchen.
