Wine Making: Grapes are pressed and macerated for 15 days and then goes through second fermentation with Amarone skins for nearly 20 days.  The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 12-18 months.  

The wine is clean and intense with layered aromas of plum, cherries, smooth tannins and a long finish.
